Mobile Service disconnected without request

Hi,

Am a pay monthly customer. I received a text message with PAC code few days back, which I haven't requested. Suddenly the network was lost and services didn't get recovered back.

When I tried calling my number through my other number, I am receiving Giffgaff voicemail message.. which is very strange.

I couldn't even log on to my account too. Is there a reason how and why this will happen? How to restore back my original mobile number.

Looks like a SIM Swap Fraud. 

If you use your number for banking, verification etc  contact those people immediately and put a block on. Change ALL passwords 

Check your accounts for unauthorised withdrawls
