How do you get your issue resolved with Virgin regarding your data doesnt work since upgrading to an unlimited plan for data, txts and calls

Tried the usual phoning, raising the issue on the web but no resolution

Sorry to hear about the issues with the data on your mobile?
May I ask what handset this is and if you've tried the SIM in another mobile phone?
Also please try to connect manually to the network via the settings tab.

iPhone 11   Just been migrated to O2 and it’s got worse. Both mine and partners are the same phone and his dosent work well either

so we have swapped round but dosent make any difference 

we get either 3 g with 2 bars or 4 g with 2 bars  it’s worse at our Lincoln area than Sheffield  can’t connect to a laptop or use hotspot

do speed tests and it says it slow on phone 1.37


we had new sims as well

 

i would like an email address and contact name so that someone can take ownership and help but can’t find a valid email address
