Mobile Phone not delivered

I have signed up for a new mobile phone contract and phone. The phone was due to be delivered last week according to Track Orders. However, it has not arrived and I am unable to contact Virgin to find out what the problem is or whether it has been stolen on route.

Any ideas on how to contact Virgin regarding this would be greatly appreciated.

HI WhywouldIwantto, we are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the delivery. Can you confirm if the order was showing as parked? Has the handset now arrived? ^Chris
