I was given incorrect information about the cost of my mobile plan for 2 phones. I have spent a couple of hours with the online chat and have got absolutely nowhere. I can't get through on the phone so was wondering if I can speak to anyone on here?
I want to change the 2 plans to a cheaper tariff because the price I was told I would pay was incorrect. As the 14 days cooling off period has expired I am told I will have to pay £30ish to be released from my contract.
Seems unfair considering it was Virgin who gave me the incorrect info and I have used 0k of data and only texted another virgin phone with one of the sims.
Any chance of getting some help from a Virgin Forum member on here? Others have had offers of help via a PM but I seem to be getting sub standard customer service from Virgin whichever way I try to address the problem.

Thank you for your reply. Do you have a phone number for a UK based specialist who can help me with my billing/contract issues? I have had a number of phone calls and chats with customer service and have been told a 'specialist' would call me, they never did.
This will now be 2 months of incorrect billing with no one seeming to understand the issue or be willing to rectify the problem
