Mobile Phone Billing and N) Contact

I was moved by Virgin to 02 Volt.  I was told I did not need to contact anyone. I stopped the Direct Debit for V Mobile. I see I now have a bill even though service is stopped and nunber ported over to 02 by Virgin Media.  Message on web portal is to call team. I tried the 0345 number which is inoperative. GFor weeks I have tried thew BOT Chat on the web.  I have tried What app - You simply cannot communicate with you. If this goes on i am left with no beingable to discuss or pay and if this impacts on my credit rating I will sue Virgin. Please do get in touch!!
