Order parked since 7th May,still heard nothing at all,pretty poor customer service I think

Our messaging service is a dedicated support line where you can discuss your issues by SMS text. We’re on hand to deal with any of the queries you’d normally call us to discuss.

Just send us a text* with a description of your problem to 07533 051809 if it’s about your cable services, or 07533 016422 if you have a query about your mobile services. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible.

Text above number you kindly provided,immediately receiving automated reply,last one being 'That's great ! Let me connect you to one of our sales specialists,this was over 18 hours ago...I'm still waiting to be connected !!
Seriously thinking of changing my ISP overall,VERY bad customer service from Virgin Media..unless of course you owe them money,they only to happy to contact you..
I'm so looking forward to when they 'DO' actually decide to make the effort to contact a already customer who was thinking of giving them more money as I wanted a mobile phone as I thought it would be cheaper being with them for other services..so many other deals AND at lower prices..Sort yourselves out Virgin Media !! 😞
