I am looking to see what balance I have on my mobile account and in particular loan on my phone.  I cant find the security key that I need to access the loan account.  

Anyone assist?

We would have sent out an email to you at the time of when you took out the handset loan. Can you try searching 'credit agreement' in your inbox/spam/junk folders?
