I am an existing mobile customer but did not upgrade my handset when the contract expired. I now wish to get a new handset and have tried to do this online but do not know how to proceed from the checkout screen as shown below:

I obviously want to keep my existing number, but do I need to speak with anyone, I tried calling 789 but eventually got told the call centers are all closed, or do I just click on continue and carry on.
