Hi there. I've tried getting in touch with customer services who keep redirecting me to the help pages and won't let me speak to anyone.
My bill was overdue and I have paid this now however all services on my phones haven't come back on, I can't ring any numbers from my mobile to speak to anyone else at virgin mobile.
I need our services restoring ASAP as we've just had a newborn baby and this has caused us to miss important calls from midwifes and doctors.
Please can someone get in touch and help me!
