Mobile Data Unavailable in Certain Areas

I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max running the latest version of iOS. Im finding that in certain areas in the centre of Manchester city centre and on the outskirts, I have full 5G signal however no internet connection. 

Is there anything I can do to resolve this? It's only in certain areas that I can't access the internet with mobile data which makes me think this isn't an issue with the phone.

Hi MitchellThomas9, thanks for getting in touch.

 

Sorry to hear about the issues you've been having with 5G in certain areas. I would be inclined to agree it's not a handset issue based on what you've said, it's more likely to be a SIM or signal issue. 

 

I'd like to take a closer look into it and see what we can do to help - please look out for my PM (the purple envelope icon) and we'll take it from there.
