Why is it I can go into a shop and take out a mobile contract but cannot cancel one?
There seems to be no way to cancel this contract, do not have the phone any longer so cannot call from mobile.
Been trying for months. What a rubbish system you have. No way I will use Virgin again, and thinking of cancelling my £120/month TV package and moving to Sky as your website and phonelines offer no help whatsoever.
Worst customer service ever.
