Mobile Billing

Trying to find a speedy solution to a bill for an unused SIM without a long time on the phone. Have ultimate VM bundle that includes unlimited calls, texts, data SIM. I got my phone separately from VM and transferred my old Vodaphone number - all fine.

Iam charge £0 for the SIM in use. But I am being charged £6 for a separate SIM never used. I'm trying to avoid a long telephone Q. Anyway of resolving by Live Chat or Text ? As a start I thought remove unused SIM from plan, but unused and unwanted SIM should never have been charged for. 

the VM App does not work - says Data Switched off . Linked to the other unused SIM. Any advice gratefully received.
