My Virgin Mobile app does not work. With WiFi turned off, the error message says "Were having difficulty reaching our servers"
With WiFi connected I get the "Ooops it looks like you're not currently connected to mobile data (3G or 4G)" message.
Mobile data is enabled. WiFi works. This app has never worked in two years and I am frustrated that this has not been resolved. Please help,

I'm sorry for the late reply, and to hear you're having some issues with the mobile app.
Can you please confirm if you've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it?

Sorry to hear that you're still having issues since deleting and re-installing. Are you able to log in and access your account via our web page here? Is it just the App that you have issues with?

It sounds like there may be an issue with the SIM. I'll private message you now to run through security and we can get a new one sent out to you ASAP.
