I have been attempting to access my online mobile account, without any success. I have gone through the process of resetting my password - which has been successful. However, even when applying the new password, I cannot get access. In the login page, I enter the details, press sign in and it seems to just refresh the page. There's no error message to work with either.
Could someone point me in the right direction please?
Hey, thanks for answering. Yes, I've tried in firefox, edge and chrome - as well as on my phone. The same thing happens in all of these situations: the email and password are entered and the page appears to refresh (keeping the details in the boxes). When I press the sign in button after this, the reCAPTCHA verification step appears, which I complete and does the same thing - with no error message.
