Re: Mobile 5G

I think that anything ordered before the 25th will be on a 4G plan with an update to 5G coming after activation. These are now being done as customers on here have said

It's orders after the 25th that have gone straight onto 5G with a compatible device or SIM Only plan.

Re: Mobile 5G

Thank you, I was sent a new SIM out which is only 4G ready and then customer services told me I should already be getting 5G on my plan so was a bit confused as to why it didn't work. So do I just have to wait till I get sent a 5G SIM?

Re: Mobile 5G

No new SIM needed. The change is done automatically over the air.

Re: Mobile 5G

You won't get sent a new SIM.

You'll get an update that will move the SIM to connect to the Vodafone radio network and enable 5G.
