I was renewing a contract, and was offered and quoted for an O2 SIM.
The actual contract differs from the written quote significantly, not least that the price is 20% higher.
Am I going to run into difficulties just cancelling the O2 contract during the cooling off while leaving the Bb/TV agreement running?

The price of the broadband is dependant on having an O2 SIM as is the Volt Benefits
Personally, I would cancel with O2 and get a O2 contract through the likes of USwitch. It will be much cheaper and you will still be entitled to Volt Benefits

Hi d1anna,
If you choose to cancel the O2 SIM card then you'll no longer be eligible for Volt benefits and these may be removed at our discretion.
