As part of my package i was to receive a sim card at the start of May which i have not received. I was to receive a free month with this. However i still have not received my sim and in my june bill i am now paying for it. I dont know if it was ever posted and has gone missing or if it was never sent out to me.. Can this be rectified since i am paying for a service i do not have?
I haven't had a response from anyone on this, Facebook or the messaging servuce to rectify thia situation. Therefore I am still waiting to find out what has happened to the sim card and if i am receiving a new one?
