Missing Apple cashback

Hi Guys,

I see from this forum that a lot of you are having the same issues with obtaining a code for the Apple trade in offer, I have spent hours on the phone to customer services trying to get this code. I have been told something different on each call, been promised manager call backs(which haven't been received) How do you get the code for the trade in offer?  The value of my trade in phone is also going down in value due to not being able to trade in without the code.

I am very sorry to hear there have been delays with getting the code for your trade in offer.

I have taken a look from our side and can see a ticket has been raised with the correct team to investigate.
