Missed cancelled calls.

• My phone is not ringing. It just shows in log rang for 1 second. Cancelled? I noticed other people having the same issues. I can not afford to miss this call.

Welcome to the forums and thank you for posting. 

Sorry to see that you are having issues receiving calls. What is the make and model of the handset you are using now? Have you tried using your sim in a different handset? If so, what was the result?  

If you're using an iPhone, can you check if you have the 'do not disturb' feature turned on, as this will mute any notifications/calls/text that are incoming.
