Mischarged

I noticed 4 charges for picture text sent in January on my mobile bill .... I never sent picture texts and I don’t recognise the numbers they were sent to. I’m concerned how this could appear on my account.

please advise

thanks

Re: Mischarged

2 possible scenarios.

1. Your phone converted a longer text or one containing emoji to MMS (Picture message)

2. You inadvertently set text messages to an email address rather than phone number.

1. Is the most common

Re: Mischarged

Thanks for the info...I’ve checked the dates/time sent and there isn’t a record of text sent on those days, large or small and they are to numbers I don’t recognise.
im not sure I fully understand the phone number/email link....how would I check that?

thanks in advance

Re: Mischarged

Good Afternoon DC55,

Thanks for your post on our Community Forums and a very warm welcome to you!

Sorry to see you've been charged for some text messages, and that you've not been responded to sooner

Can you tell me if you've been able to discuss this with our team since your post, or would you like either myself or a colleague to look into this for you?

Kindest regards,

David_Bn
