Migrating current number to different provider and then get a fresh virgin mobile number?

Is it possible to use a PAC code to move my current virgin mobile number to a different provider, and then get a fresh virgin mobile number to replace it?

I would like to keep my current SIM/package/contract.

Hello

If you use a PAC code to transfer the number then the contract will be cancelled and you would have to take out a new one with a new sim as PAC transfer will also de-activate the SIM.

Hi chris_s

Thank you for posting to the Community.

As DJ_Shadow1966 has stated, once a PAC is provided and used with another provider, the service will be deactivated.

If you wish, you are welcome to apply for a new SIM tariff as a replacement.

Have you been able to request a PAC from the team?

Thanks
