Yesterday i ordered an iPhone 11, my order was parked. Today I recieved a call about it. The line was very poor and the English of the caller wasn't very clear, I told her numerous times I couldn't make out what she was saying. She said she completed the order and i would receive confirmation.
The email came but the order isn't what I wanted. It's for a sim only contract for the wrong amount and no phone. My original order has been cancelled. I can't get through to speak to anyone and this needs sorting...... help!
