I've accidentally signed up to a account without knowing there's a charge to it they sent me a message and I got a warning of scamming ,
It said message a number to stop the account when I tried to message stop it said I couldn't send a message through my virgin account .
I looked on here to try get my message back and it hasn't worked of you could let me know what to do because I don't want to be charged for a unwanted account which is a scam .

Can you advise what kind of account it is please, is it for cable or mobile services?
Did you get a confirmation email of the sign-up originally, what are the charges you're referring to?

Try sending STOP (in capitals) via text to the number, that should stop any further texts.
The number itself belongs to a company called Tap2Bill LTD, you can find other contact details for the company including an email address here https://psauthority.org.uk/for-consumers/service-checker/check-a-number-results.

Hello sorry to bother you again but I can't message the number I have been given to stop the account as everyone I try to message stop to the number it comes up you can't message with virgin - error 0

Do you have a spend cap set up on your account at all? This may be why it's not letting you send the STOP, if the SMS number is a premium rate one?
