I've accidentally signed up to a account without knowing there's a charge to it they sent me a message and I got a warning of scamming ,
It said message a number to stop the account when I tried to message stop it said I couldn't send a message through my virgin account .
I looked on here to try get my message back and it hasn't worked of you could let me know what to do because I don't want to be charged for a unwanted account which is a scam .

Hi @Porshp07x it may be worth checking this, as that could be why.
You can access your Virgin Mobile account here and when logged in, can identify if you have a spend cap set up. Even if you have Unlimited Calls and Text Messages, this won't include to Premium Rate numbers.

Can you advise what kind of account it is please, is it for cable or mobile services?
Did you get a confirmation email of the sign-up originally, what are the charges you're referring to?

It's mobile services and I'm not to sure what services but I'll show you the messages
Ever time I click to resend it comes up with can't send with virgin - error 0

Try sending STOP (in capitals) via text to the number, that should stop any further texts.
The number itself belongs to a company called Tap2Bill LTD, you can find other contact details for the company including an email address here https://psauthority.org.uk/for-consumers/service-checker/check-a-number-results.

Hello sorry to bother you again but I can't message the number I have been given to stop the account as everyone I try to message stop to the number it comes up you can't message with virgin - error 0

Do you have a spend cap set up on your account at all? This may be why it's not letting you send the STOP, if the SMS number is a premium rate one?
