Message Us

  • How long does it take to get an answer using 'message us' ?  It opens like a chat window, and I had a reply saying my message was received - do they reply in sn email? 

Virgin have again failed to give me my usage allowance, despite texting me that my bundle had been refreshed, and then proceeded to charge me £2 per text.

Hello,

Here's the thing: My partner calls me from the UK on her Virgin landline, to my Virgin mobile here in France.

Then the call often ends, for no reason.

Increasingly when she calls me, I can hear her, but she can't hear me. This is happening more and more. Is Virgin interfering, are we violating some 'Fair Usage' rule? (I've checked the rules)

If this is a Virgin problem, I'll be thinking of leaving, after over twenty years...

Hi Ryan.  If you read all of my message I have already briefly outlined the issue. 

But I have not received any response  from anyone at Virgin except from the so amazingly annoying 'you've gained a rank' for posting a message.  What's the point of those ,  I'm not playing a game!  I'm trying to get an answer!

So .... I've left Virgin. Your customer service  would stink if it actually existed. Which it doesn't.
