Hi, please can someone help?? I need to change my memorable word, which I set up years ago and can’t remember. Someone in customer services just told me I can do it on my online account. Can someone please tell me how? If I can’t do that, I also can’t remember any direct debit dates, as Virgin haven’t taken any payments out of my account for 3 years. Any advice please?
