Memorable Word & Security issues

Hi, please can someone help?? I need to change my memorable word, which I set up years ago and can’t remember. Someone in customer services just told me I can do it on my online account. Can someone please tell me how? If I can’t do that, I also can’t remember any direct debit dates, as Virgin haven’t taken any payments out of my account for 3 years. Any advice please?

If you log into the online account, this should be under the profile section.

 I don’t have the option to update anything in my profile, it says I have to call.

 I really need to get this sorted, but can’t seem to get anywhere with customer services.
