MY mobile account

On our wavelength

I thought Virgin mobile moved to  O2?  Why am I getting messages from virgin mobile saying I have not paid my monthly bill when I currently pay O2.......also where do I get a copy of my mobile contract? I go on line and I have one contract but there are no details.

Hey albertz11, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.

If your account moved over the last direct debit should of been paid to Virgin Mobile unless you stopped the direct debit this should of just come out.

With you moving over your Virgin account would of got disabled. Cheers

That is fine but I am getting text messages saying I have missed September payment? WHERE DO I GET A COPY OF AGREEMENTS . There was two apparently , one for the calls etc and one for the mobile phone?

Sorry you are getting text reminders about missed payments.

As this is now with O2 your Virgin Mobile account will have closed down from here.

It would be best to contact O2 by calling 202 free.

That way you can check the billing and direct debit. Also you will be able to get a copy of the agreement and calls.
