I have low download speeds since the beginning of my contract. Download speed is 1 Mbps or less sometimes lower.
Please help me to fix this issue, i can't even watch yt videos properly

I ported my old number, i had a rechargable sim with eir.
Yes, i have low speed everywhere with full 4g signal

no, i have a dual sim phone, i tried to replace my sim in the primary slot and viceversa but no improvements. The other sim has constant results no matter the place, but this sim don't, the rsults are between 0.50 Mbps to 5 Mbps.
While i was doing these tests I noticed that in the first few seconds the speed peaks but then collapses

You had a deal with eir so I guess you are in the Republic of Ireland. If so then this is the UK Virgin Mobile which is a totally separate company You want
