Lost sim

Hi, I signed up to a package that included a unlimited sim but I already was in contract with another provider. I am now ready to use sim but I have lost it. I need a replacement but never set the original one up so have no number or virgin mobile details or log in. Can anyone help from virgin?

If you are on the Oomph package and it includes a landlines you can call them on 150. Stay in the broadband section and ask for the Oomph team

Not to worry, It's an easy fix. We could just send you out a replacement, finding the account through other details. Can I ask if you have had this resolved since? If not, pop back to me and we can get the ball rolling 🙂
