Lost sim card

Hi!

I am having a lot of trouble trying to get in contact with someone about replacing my sim card that I lost only today. I can't get a hold of someone when I call in and I haven't had an answer off of the online chat for anything I've needed help with recently in the past few weeks.

If anybody knows of an online form or specific number I could call about getting a replacement sim I would be extremely grateful.

A warm welcome to out Community Forum Kcove96 and sorry to hear about your lost SIM card. I've had a look at your details and can see that a replacement has been arranged for you since you last posted. Please make sure you activate the SIM when you receive it and let us know if you have any issues with it.
