Lost service altogether

Hi folks,

I've been a bit of a dick and been gambling on my phone bill, gone over my credit and I now can't make calls or send texts? I know I have to ring 789 and ask them to increase the limit and then it's back on..... But they are usually in a call centre in India or something and its bloody hard work just trying to explain the problem. Is there anyway I can deal with the problem online??

TIA

Gaz

Re: Lost service altogether

they may not rise the credit limit. that is in place for just this reason and based on your credit rating.

You will need to pay some or all of the bill to bring you under the credit limit.

Re: Lost service altogether

Hi Gazdaspaz,

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

Has this been sorted since your post?

We're keen to ensure all of our customers have services at the moment but as advised if we cannot raise the credit limit part of the bill will need to be paid.

Let us know if you still need us.
