I can't login to mobile account to sort it out.
Every time I try and reset my password is says that isn't quite right.........
Very frustrating and can't call as the phone has gone with the sim.

If you have not accessed your Mobile account prior, it may be that you have never registered for an online Mobile account with us. If you wish to do this in the future, you can do so using the link here https://mobile.virginmedia.com/ecare/login or download or Mobile App and register through there.

Absolute joke of a process.
I have been trying for hours to get this sorted.
I'm using the correct email address and I most certainly know my own phone number, how can it be incorrect details.
All I want to do is cancel the sim and get a replacement.

With regards to your online Mobile account, have you ever been able to access this previously?
In the future, if you try to log in from a different device and web browser this may help. Also, clear all cookies caches and history too.

I do not recall going in to the account before. I have tried different browsers and cleared cookies.
