Hi - something seems to have happened to my service over the weekend. I am no longer connected to the Virgin network. I can't make/receive calls or texts, and have no 3G/4G service. Looking at my billing info, there has been no activity since Friday 29th May 2020
On my J3, I can search for available networks, and they do appear, but when I tried re-connecting to Virgin network, I get an error stating "your SIM card does not allow a connection to that network".
I also tried adding manual APN info to see if that helped, but got the same error.
I took the SIM out and put it in my son's phone. It had the same problem, and error message.
So ... I am thinking the SIM card may be faulty. I'd normally take it to a shop for them to test, but obviously that can't happen.
