Hi there, could someone get in touch about my sim being lost? I am in the process of moving across to o2 but my PAC No. has also expired and I need to keep my number. Thanks.

Sorry to hear of the problems regarding changing to O2 and keeping your number, we appreciate you raising this via the forums and welcome to the community.

You have mentioned you're switching to O2, is this as part of a Virgin Media package change where a SIM is included? If so, have you received the O2 SIM card yet?

Hi Rob, thanks for your reply.

Yes, the move to o2 is as part of a package and I have received the new sim from o2 but when I try and order a new PAC code online to switch across it keeps giving me an error message.

Add this to the fact the Virgin sim is now lost after I lost my phone with it in it at the weekend. I really just need access to my original numeber
