You have mentioned you're switching to O2, is this as part of a Virgin Media package change where a SIM is included? If so, have you received the O2 SIM card yet?

Yes, the move to o2 is as part of a package and I have received the new sim from o2 but when I try and order a new PAC code online to switch across it keeps giving me an error message.
Add this to the fact the Virgin sim is now lost after I lost my phone with it in it at the weekend. I really just need access to my original numeber
