Hi, I've lost the sim card for one of the phone numbers on my account. I can't get through to anyone at Virgin using the support phone number, text service, or live chat (been trying all day and part of yesterday).
Is it possible to order a replacement sim here?

I've got a replacement SIM now - eventually got through on 789. Can't get it to activate though, It's been in the phone for over 48 hours and I've also tried it in another phone.
I'm glad you've managed to get hold of a SIM now.
