Lost SIM at home irretrievably, struggling to order a replacement

My SIM card got dropped between 2 floorboards and to retrieve it is going to be far too expensive and impractical.  It being the time of the Covid-19 pandemic, I can't seem to speak to anyone directly about this, or find the right way to order a replacement online.  I am expecting to be charged.

Can anyone advise me please!??  Thanks.

There may be a charge but we can send a replacement SIM card out for you over private message after passing some security.

 

I'll pop you over one now if you can please respond to this by going to the purple envelope in the top right of your screen.

Thank you very much for your reply.  I'm afraid i don't seem to have received either a private message or a replacement SIM - although post is very slow at the moment, so could it be on its way?

Good morning, I've lost my virgin media simcard I am not the account holder my dad is, he asked me to try and order a replacement myself as he has tried but cannot seem to get ahold of somebody to explain that a replacement is needed, can somebody help with this please? I can provide basic details about the billing address, phone number ect but might not be able to answer security questions as I'm not the account holder, I've been trying for over a month to get a replacement.
