Lost Phone

Hi, I have lost my phone and SIM card that was on that phone. I want to cancel the SIM or order a replacement one but I am not able to login into my account. I have tried calling Virgin Customer Service but I am always directed to the Virgin Website where it says I need to login into my account to in order to proceed.

What else can I do?
