Can someone tell me what i can do with the issue of loosing a mobile, replacing under insurance & then the original turns up a year later? I'm willing to take on this extra mobile, but for the life of me getting through to talk to somebody at Virgin is nigh on impossible, they keep sending an automatic link. just want to talk to a HUMAN. I'm sure after claiming on the insurance, Virgin will want the mobile back, but i would like to retrieve pictures if possible.

Ss this has been over a certain amount of time and you have not been contacted about any outstanding balances. It would be best to dispose of in an environmentally friendly way. The phone would have been black listed now
