Hi there,
As many other seem to have the same issue, I cant find my security key to access my credit agreement and cant find another way to get in contact with out ringing which I dont like to do and phone calls peak my anxiety.
Ive checked all my emails thoroughly as suggested in other posts and its just not there! I don't even recall receiving one to be honest.
The only reason im checking this is due to the move to o2 and potentially upgrading as its says i can online but Im unsure as to how this is possible if i have money left on my current device.
