Loss of service

Hi I have Completely lost the service On my phone, I recently moved house could this be the issue?

Very sorry you've lost service on your phone, this ins't good. 

Have you lost service everywhere you go or just at home?

Do you get any specific error messages at all? 

Can you confirm the postcode and I'll be able to check the service in the area?

ive lost all service But I think it may be due to moving house and not receiving a replacement SIM card, I’ve been trying to contact the customer service team but to no avail so I’m not sure what to do next
