Hi again guys,
I posted in here already to see why I'm not getting any service while in Peru. I am still at a loss.
Apparently i may need a sim toolkit which isn't showing on my device after many searches.
Can I withhold payment to virgin until this is fixed?

Simple answer to your question is No! You will be placed into arrears and then default payment. Eventually it gets handed over to debt recovery and bang goes your credit score.

It's also probably worth pointing out that I was on a s22 when I got this simcard but changed to the Oppo just a week or so ago.
Maybe the sim toolkit app is still on my s22?

The app is built into the SIM. Sometimes it does not appear on the app screen and you have to go into the apps in settings
Also, on my last Android phone it showed up as an app called Virgin

Ok, so I've managed to locate the sim toolkit from the settings menu.
What would you suggest my next steps are from here?

Thanks for posting again!
I responded to your PM regarding this but glad you've now been able to locate the sim toolkit as discussed.
Please follow the below:
Selects Apps from your home screen > Virgin SIM toolkit > Roaming > Mode > Manual > International. Once this has been done you might need to reboot.

Hi,
I've did this but no change. I've asked my son to text me and I didn't receive them.
Also still says emergency calls only on locked screen.
Let me know if you want me to screenshot anything else if it helps.
