Loss of network

Hi,

My network keeps on dropping in and out. A phone reset will bring it back temporarily, but will then drop out again. It will frequently switch between 4g and no G! Any ideas?

Thanks

Re: Loss of network

SIM card or SIM connection possibly.

Only way to check is to either try the SIM in another phone or a different SIM in the phone you have.

Re: Loss of network

Thanks for the post Whoareyou.

Were you able to try the SIM card in a different handset as advised?

Let us know, Emily.

Re: Loss of network

Thanks for your messages and clearing data protection. whoareyou,

Your replacement SIM is now on the way. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery by royal mail. Follow the activation instructions when you receive it and will cancel your current SIM that you have now.

Cheers,

Corey C
