Loss of mobile internet

Why can I not get mobile internet at my holiday home post code G83 8PD. I have only experienced  the issue this year previously had ok service. Annoying as I have a large data package on my contract phone especially  for use when at this location. Have Virgin changed their network? Adjacent property on foe example EE have no issues.

Virgin, as part of a 50/50 UK joint-venture with O2, now use them for their mobile service. There will always be local differences, but nationally - O2 is the worst network for data performance & EE consistently the best. I know the Loch Lomond area quite well, and EE certainly have no issues there.
