The whole family have had awful connection issues today (so it isn't just my phone) and having posted to the village facebook page we are not alone. After going through the usual checks (airplane mode off, reboot, check SIM in another phone etc) and consulting the service checker website (which says everything is fine in CB24) we are left not knowing what else to try. How do we report a mobile issue without a mobile? Is there a number we can use on from our landline?
Excellent, thanks for that link - it says they are conducting network maintenance, presumably due to yesterday's issues, or maybe the maintenance was already ongoing. At least I know why there is an issue now.
I _think_ it is now fixed thanks, I say think because coverage around the village is not great even at the best of times. I went out yesterday and noticed it was still struggling but I was in one the problematic areas so I'm guessing that is just normal
