Hi, continually having problems at home with my mobile signal. I keep losing it completely & when i do get a signal it is not very strong. I get a good signal most other area's.
I've restarted phone, switched aeroplane mode on/off. Taken sim card in/out. Checked coverage in my area CO43XG & ok. I am now missing calls & sometimes friend's/family can't connect at all, or even able to leave a voicemail message. Regards Doug
I've checked the OFCOM coverage checker for indoors and no 4G. The reason for that is Virgin do not have access to calls over 4G which run on 800MHz, a better frequency for indoor coverage. All your calls go 3G or 2G so thats the important coverage
