So payg service is ending, so I decided to go with another provider, texted for PAC code to take mobile no says error with dob, tried 10 or so times same. So rang cust service, but because I cannot remember reg details, security questions been a long time over 6years, I was told can't access account, say not mine. I top up with My registered bank card or credit card yet told nothing they can do. Please I am so desperate all I want is my same mobile number, can someone give any advice please.
