I have tried for last 2hrs to get my phone upgraded i carnt call from my mobile because where i live there is no signal but carnt find a freephone number that works on my landline .I have been a customer for about 4 years i have tried online but carnt login, just keep trying to spot traffic lights for about 20mins this is bad customer services they have my money every month but i can log into my account on the app but carnt get in touch to upgrade my phone because the phone i have is not working properly all i want is to upgrade

If you find a way to get the website to work let us know.... there is a queue. Sadly been that way for ages.

You could try 0345 454 1111 or 0345 6000 789 but very long queues at the moment
