Is this your MyVirginMedia online account that you're having issues with? If so, have you ever registered for an account before or is that what you are having the issue with?

Re: Login in to Virgin Media cant get password to start
Can you confirm you have set up your Virgin Mobile online account? As Virgin Mobile is different to Virgin Media the details you may use to access a Virgin Media online account won't be the same for Virgin Mobile.
If you visit our website, in the top right hand corner you will see a 'Sign In' option for both Virgin Media and Mobile. If you click on the option for Virgin Mobile there is the option to register below.
