Login in to Virgin Media cant get password to start

Been round in circles with teats and chat line - ultimately reach a dead end

Is this your MyVirginMedia online account that you're having issues with? If so, have you ever registered for an account before or is that what you are having the issue with?

No issues resolved

We set up an oomph bundle upgrade 6/4/20

I am unable to log in to virgin mobile

We have been on the web chatline - no success after hours trying

We have spent hours on several days with the text service to resolve the issues - no success - the signal does not work well either.

We have requested a call  - not happening - we have a virgin land line - funnily enough we were able to get a phone call to make the upgrade

I have tried twitter but days can go by without a response and we get directed to the same links that are a dead end.

I have now contacted your MD copied the the head of Ofcom - and received a holding response.

Hello GBHolmes

 

Can you confirm you have set up your Virgin Mobile online account? As Virgin Mobile is different to Virgin Media the details you may use to access a Virgin Media online account won't be the same for Virgin Mobile.

 

If you visit our website, in the top right hand corner you will see a 'Sign In' option for both Virgin Media and Mobile. If you click on the option for Virgin Mobile there is the option to register below.
