I received a new SIM card today which I have put in my phone.
When I tired to record a new voicemail message I was asked for a PIN. I tried my old SIM PIN which failed so I tried 7890 twice which also failed, now am locked out of my voicemail. What should I do?
I don't have the time to spend waiting on the phone to Customer Services
Have you the PUK Code. You can use that and set a PIN of your choice

If you dial the correct Voicemail number from your mobile it shouldn't by default ask for a PIN.However there are different Voicemail numbers for the older SIMS and the new oneshttps://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-mobile-voicemailIf you have a new SIM try dialling +447458333222 from your handset. If that works you'll need to reset the number your phone dials when calling Voicemail
