Locked out of voicemail while abroad

Hi,

Arrived in Ireland from Scotland and had a voicemail. Asked to enter a PIN which I never had to do before. 3 attempts later and I'm locked out. 

789 for customer service doesn't seem to work in Ireland.

• Any suggestions
