I have been trying to access my mobile voicemail whilst abroad but am now being prompted for a PIN. I don't remember setting a PIN and it now shows me as locked out - please could I have some help to reset?
I too have the same problem, i.e. being asked for a PIN number that I never set when abroad. I have never been asked for one before and had not set one up in the UK before I left. Can someone from Virgin please contact me and sort this out? Thanks.
